Job Title: Hospital Operations Sales – Excellence & Growth **About the Role** We are seeking a dynamic and driven professional to join our team as a Hospital Operations Sales – Excellence & Growth specialist. This is a full-time position based in Leicester, ideal for someone passionate about healthcare delivery, business development, and operational excellence. **Key Responsibilities** Develop and implement a robust sales strategy focused on hospital and diagnostic operations. Collaborate with Medical Consultants, GPs, and Allied Health Professionals to implement care pathways and operational enhancements. Identify new sales opportunities and build relationships with key decision-makers in the independent and NHS healthcare sectors. Actively contribute to the onboarding of new staff and support team development. Drive business growth by identifying healthcare sector opportunities across private, self-pay, and NHS services. Deliver impactful presentations and proposals to prospective clients, patients, and healthcare partners. Achieve business and revenue targets aligned with organizational goals. Support day-to-day hospital activities and foster a safe, collaborative work environment. Report issues or incidents promptly to senior staff and assist with clinical workflow support. **Preferred Candidate Profile** Proven track record in healthcare or hospital sales with demonstrated success in business development and revenue growth. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build and sustain professional relationships. Strategic thinker with strong business acumen and the ability to analyze market trends. Highly self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently and in team settings. Skilled in public speaking and delivering persuasive presentations. Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, or a related field (preferred).
