We are seeking an experienced Google Pay Per Click (PPC) Specialist to join our in-house marketing team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing and optimizing Google Ads campaigns, while analysing performance to drive continuous improvement. This role will work closely with the marketing team to develop and execute impactful campaigns that increase traffic, generate leads and sales, and maximize ROI. **Duties and responsibilities -** - Develop, implement, and manage Google Ads campaigns across different business units. - Conduct keyword research to identify high-performing keywords and phrases. - Create compelling ad copy and design visually appealing display ads. - Set up, monitor, and optimize campaigns, including bidding strategies, targeting, and ad placements. - Analyze and report on campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement and providing optimization recommendations. - Collaborate with the marketing team to develop integrated online advertising strategies. - Stay up to date with Google Ads trends, policies, and best practices - Work with other teams, such as content and social media, to coordinate campaigns for maximum impact. - Manage and maintain campaign budgets, ensuring ROI targets are achieved. - Provide regular reports and updates on campaign progress to key stakeholders
Bachelor’s degree in Computers, Computer Applications, IT, or a related field., 8–10 years of proven experience in creating and managing Google Ads campaigns., Strong knowledge of Google Ads tools and platforms., Demonstrated expertise in keyword research, ad copywriting, and display ad design., Hands-on experience with A/B testing, CRO (Conversion Rate Optimization), and analytics tools., Excellent analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions., Strong attention to detail and project management skills., Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment., Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously., Google Ads certification preferred but not mandatory.
