We provide a professional working environment, strong internal systems, and full training and development for all staff. **Role Summary** The Recruitment Consultant will support the end-to-end recruitment process, working with clients and candidates to deliver a high-quality service. This role is office-based and includes both candidate management and client relationship activities. **Key Responsibilities** · Source, screen, and interview candidates for active vacancies. · Manage job adverts, applications, and initial candidate enquiries. · Maintain accurate records on the CRM system. · Support the preparation of candidate CVs and profiles. · Conduct outbound sales activity to develop new business opportunities. · Maintain relationships with existing clients and provide regular updates. · Assist with compliance checks and onboarding processes. · Meet weekly and monthly targets as set by the management team.
Minimum graduate-level education (any discipline)., No previous recruitment experience required — full training provided., Strong aptitude for sales, customer service, and communication., Ability to build rapport quickly with clients and candidates., Target-driven mindset with a positive and resilient attitude., Excellent organisational and administrative skills.
